Lake Louise Ski Resort is a world class ski area nestled in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. We are a year-round operation, operating as a ski resort in the winter months and as a wildlife interpretive centre and sightseeing gondola in the summer months.

For summer employment, we commence the recruitment process around March/April and have most employees start work between May & June depending on the position. Once the recruitment process commences, we will advertise summer vacancies on our website and candidates can apply directly online by submitting their tailored cover letter and resume.
For winter employment, we commence the recruitment process around August/September and have most employees start work between November & December depending the position. Once the recruitment process commences, we will advertise winter vacancies on our website and candidates can apply directly online by submitting their tailored cover letter and resume.
For winter employment, we generally do not conduct Skype or face-to-face interviews until our recruitment fairs have concluded. Therefore, your best chance to obtain an interview for the winter is to attend one of the many recruitment fairs that the ski resort partakes in during September and October.
