Job Description

Reporting to the Spa Manager, the Aesthetics Supervisor will perform all aesthetic services offered at our spas. In addition, they will assist with recruitment and training of Aesthetics staff and other supervisory and administrative duties as assigned to ensure the smooth, efficient and consistent operation of the team.

Duties

  • Conduct and manage all training of Aesthetics team on services and retail products;
  • Assist in the creation of treatment protocols;
  • Ensure that spa policies, procedures and cleanliness standards are being met and maintained;
  • Manage professional supply orders, including monitoring inventory levels, placing orders and receiving inventory;
  • Assist in recruitment and interview process;
  • Provide support, performance management and conduct one-on-one meetings as required;
  • Provide consistent, professional aesthetic treatments according to departmental procedures, in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Anticipate guest’s needs and delivery exemplary customer service;
  • Provide information and education to guests on all spa services and retail products;
  • Respond to guest’s concerns and complaints positively and proactively;
  • Welcome guests to the spa and conduct spa tours as needed;
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment;
  • Represent Meadow Spa & Pools with a positive, professional image by maintaining a high level of personal hygiene by adhering to uniform and grooming standards
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all services, products and activities available at the Spa;
  • Properly operate, maintain and clean all treatment room equipment and restock supplies as needed;
  • Adhere strictly to protocol for product and supply use;
  • Adhere to all written standard operating procedures and policies;
  • Attend all staff training sessions and meetings;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position in the hotel / spa industry
  • Must be a graduate of a recognized Aesthetics school
  • Must be proficient in all components and administration of aesthetic, manicure and pedicure treatments
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified in Emergency First Aid and CPR
