Duties & Responsibilities
- Accept reservation by telephone and email and enter into the Property Management System.
- Maintain accurate guest records in Property Management System.
- Maintain a high level of guest engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain a 24-hour turn around time for all correspondence including; guest inquiries, rooming lists and reservation revisions.
- Be familiar with all current rates, packages, promotions, groups etc.
- Be familiar with all hotel and local services.
- Accept and input dining reservations
- Complete Rates & Favors, special occasion cards and arrange special needs
- Other duties as assigned
