Duties and Responsibilities: All daily duties are assigned by the Maintenance Manager Complete all general maintenance in the hotel and staff accommodation Assisting with repairs of all building maintenance requests (ex. Electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, heating/cooling systems) Perform all boiler checks, hot tub checks, furnace checks and recording the information Perform preventative maintenance checks Report all damage or non-working equipment to the maintenance manager Perform snow removal by hand with a shovel – keep all sidewalks and stairs free of ice and snow when grounds needs assistence Assist grounds department in any way when requested Work in a clean and neat manner in guestrooms and all other areas Carry out all tasks in a timely fashion Observe dress code and wear appropriate footwear Perform other duties that may be assigned Requirements/Expereince Completion of High School is an asset A valid driver’s license and clean driving record required General construction experience is required   Experience in home renovations would be an asset Must have the ability to climb a ladder when required Must work safely at all times and uphold a high standard for safety

Duties include  clean rooms in accordance to standards set by Executive Housekeeper To assist in maintaining criteria set by housekeeping department Respectful of public safety including general comfort and wellbeing of public Maintain cleanliness at all times Perform daily cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping and cleaning equipment Observe dress code and wear appropriate foot wear Prepare the setup of your cleaning tray at the end of each day. Put other materials away neatly.
