My name is Jessie Gray.
I'm a bubbly and outgoing person, but I'm also capable of working quickly and calmly under times of stress in the kitchen. I have several years of experience in the kitchen, in a wide variety of areas. I've done pastry, dietary needs as well as almost every station on a line.
I've done one winter season in Banff, at the Rimrock hotel. I'm looking forward to doing another. I think that my skills and personality will make me a welcome addition to your current team.
