I am a people person who will work to the best of my ability. I want to bring customer satisfaction and help others, wether at work or outside of work. I have spent a year working as a Junior Project Manager at New Zealand's largest translation network where interpersonal skills and customer interaction is key to success in the role. I enjoy sports, the outdoors and music. I enjoy being around others, but can work individually also. I am a hard worker, and always use initiative to bring the best service possible.
I worked as a Junior Project Manager where written and verbal communication, in a professional manner was essential. In my previous role I was able to apply the quality management system to all projects, communicate between departments verbally or via email, invoice and communicate with all clients, and maintain a friendly quality service to customers even under pressure. I communicated with government departments, large organisations, lawyers, schools and individual clients to ensure they received the translation services to the highest standard. These communicational and organisational skills correlate to many other jobs, such as a front desk agent.
I was a cashier where interpersonal skills and customer service were a big part of the role. I handled cash, greeted customers, stocked shelves, helped move inward goods to the store. Helped customers with any questions or problems they had.
