Thank you for selecting my resume for consideration, for an opportunity to work in the beautiful town of Banff.

With a background in frontline customer service, People Change Management and Communications, I have built the foundation of my career on Customer First philosophy. I will bring to the tourists and guests of Banff, robust experience in the following:

  • Providing best in class customer service as a frontline agent in Hospitality and Telecom industries
  • Volunteering as director for a not for profit festival
  • Conducting several duties as an Admin to the Assistant General Manager in the hotel industry, including assisting Restaurant, Catering and Housekeeping managers, and Executive Chef
  • Developing training, communications and change management plans, as a Change Agent during transformational change

As a volunteer director for a popular Caribbean Arts Festival, I have coordinated the annual parade, assisted with vendor engagement, managed finances as Treasurer and worked closely with our volunteer team to ensure a successful and safe festival.
