I would like to introduce myself to the Banff and Lake Louise Hospitality Association. I am an experienced Hospitality server and bartender and have recently turned fifty years of age. The last four years I have been working as an independent contractor in the ever growing Event Service industry in Toronto. Working mostly at the Royal Ontario Museum, Art Gallery of Ontario,Sony centre and private residences. The previous five years I was a senior server/trainer at Tony Roma's Restaurant in the Mount Royal Hotel.
