Front Desk Agent
Banff, AB, Canada
I am a 24 year old kiwi who is currently living in Vancouver. I am planning a move to beautiful Banff for the summer season! For the last 6 years I have worked between hospitality and administration/reception, with the common denominator being customer service. I love meeting people from all walks of life and connecting with them. I am looking for a job where I can connect with customers on a day to day basis, on the phone or in person. I pride myself on having great communication skills and the ability to work under pressure while keeping a positive attitude. I have experience using the entire Microsoft office suite, as well as specialised systems used by specific companies. I am a fast learner and have had no trouble picking these up.

I am Australian who is seeking full time work during the Summer season. I have recently just graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from the University of the Sunshine Coast. I have had a previous supervising role and have gained exceptional knowledge and customer service skills in the service industry over the last seven years from a variety of roles including serving, bartending, promoting and barista. My previous supervisory roles have allowed to me develop great leadership qualities while both managing and assessing other staff members and working effectively as a team. I am highly experienced in handling customer related issues and upholding company values to go above and beyond guest expectations, in both fine dining and casual settings.
I am a cheerful, bubbly person with a reliable and welcoming personality. My punctuality and perfectionism along with strong communication skills enable me to work proficiently in any hospitality or service related environment. Furthermore, I am highly conditioned from experience to working in very busy, fast paced work places.
My resume contains further information about my relevant qualifications and experiences. I feel my passion and background in the service industry will be an asset to any company and I can be a positive addition to a team.
I am a new comer and looking for any kind of job.

I am a newly graduated and registered paramedic from NSW, Australia. I have a keen ambition to work overseas in a new and exciting environment. My family is heavily involved in the healthcare industry and my brother is severely disabled. It was through these experiences I developed a life-long passion for helping others. I have worked and studied in Australia my entire life. Completion of a bachelor of clinical practice (paramedicine) at Charles Sturt University (Bathurst Campus) has allowed me to devote time to mastering the necessary skills to fulfil this dream. Through my experiences, I have developed a high threshold for uncomfortable situations. I believe my ability to seldom feel discomfort makes myself versatile. My time spent as secretary Mitchell Rugby demonstrates I am passionate about giving back to the community. The year I spent as secretary affirmed the fact I want to help people for a living. Traveling around the Central West I was often put in a situation where I had to practice what I had learnt in class, as the ambulance were often half an hour away. I have completed two 180 hour placements in bushland NSW, and metropolitan Sydney. Both offered a vast array of emergencies. Both taught me valuable lessons and further strengthened my clinical and interpersonal skills. Working as a carer for a quadriplegic is a constant reminder that there will always be people who need help. It cements in my mind that health care is one of, if not, the most important profession within society. It allows me to maintain my clinical composure skills and practice empathy daily. I have been a carer my whole life and would thrive off the opportunity to follow my passion in a high paced, professional environment.

Visitor Experience Specialist
Park City, Utah, USA
My name is Daniel Butters from Park City, Utah! I am an avid outdoorsman with an experience of hospitality and tourism, it is both my life in a personal sense and working sense. Park City is a resort town known for skiing and also its summer activities, so I am always meeting new people. Some people are part-time residents, while others are tourists, but either way I always go out of my way to help them have an enjoyable time while they are in town (which can include changing my plans for the day to help them to ski/walk to an area they need to be). I have mostly worked in retail-type fields, but I have also worked in hospitality as a Valet Driver. I found it fun to make people’s day and make them feel like a thousand bucks, which is why being a concierge for Fairmont Springs sounds like a fun summer experience (as well as the benefit of being near Banff). As far my qualifications for this job go, I am going to graduate in International Studies at the University of Utah come this fall. I know enough French to have survived a study abroad in France, and I know some basic Russian, although I hope to improve it! I’m sure as you can also see on my resumé that I have served a mission in the state of North Carolina. I served by the state capital Raleigh and got to meet a lot of people from many different backgrounds and beliefs. It helped me to grow in a self-sufficient way (obviously) but moreover it gave me the ability to see different perspectives and thus be adaptable to other people, which is something that could help me in this job when trying to satisfy other people’s needs.
